This map shows the Rate of Incarceration in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. This is the second map of three different years that will show the change of incarceration prevalence through time.

Description

The map shows counties with their respective incarceration rates. There was a decrease in Incarceration rates overall from 2010 to 2015. This could be based on increasing population size or a decreased rate of incarceration.
